Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the Iranian opposition PMOIMEK rallied in New York and condemned the murder of Mahsa Amini by the regime ruling Iran – on September 18, 2022.

Iranians who value freedom and members of the People’s Mojahedin of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held protests on Saturday in numerous European cities, New York, and Toronto to denounce the death of Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old who was severely beaten by the regime’s “morality police” before passing away from severe brain damage on Friday. In addition, the MEK supporters urged the US government to refuse President of the Iranian regime Ebrahim Raisi a visa for next week’s UN General Assembly.

Iranian Americans have been protesting in New York for the past few days in order to denounce Raisi’s upcoming visit, which is set for this coming week. These Iranians also gathered on Saturday to protest Mahsa Amini’s horrifying murder by the mullahs’ so-called “morality police” in Tehran, which sparked demonstrations in the cities of Tehran, Saqqez, and Sanandaj.

Additionally, they urged the UN to launch an investigation into the mullahs’ regime’s massacre of more than 30,000 political prisoners in the summer of 1988, and in particular, to take the necessary steps to specifically bring Raisi to justice for his crimes against humanity and genocide.

In Paris, freedom-loving Iranians and MEK supporters condemned the killing of Mahsa Amini and demanded that Ebrahim Raisi face justice, particularly for his direct role as a member of the regime’s “Death Commissions,” which sentenced political prisoners to death in kangaroo trials lasting only minutes.

Iranians in Stuttgart, Germany, gathered despite the rain to denounce the murder of Mahsa Amini and make a commitment to continue the fight to topple the mullahs’ regime that rules Iran. They chanted:

“We’re all Mahsa and we’ll fight to the end!”

“Death to Khamenei and Raisi! Damned, be Khomeini!” referring to the regime’s first Supreme Leader Ruhollah Khomeini.

“The misogynist mullahs’ regime must be overthrown!”

Iranians gathered in Cologne to reiterate their determination for a regime change in Iran by the Iranian people, condemn the murder of Mahsa Amini, and show support for the MEK Resistance Units.

Supporters of the MEK and the NCRI coalition denounced the murder of Mahsa Amini in Berlin and demanded an international inquiry into the Iranian regime’s abuses of human rights.

Iranians living in Austria demonstrated in Vienna to protest the state police of the Iranian regime’s killing of Mahsa Amini. Additionally, these protesters demanded that the governments of Washington and Europe end their disastrous appeasement strategy toward the Iranian regime of mullahs.

Supporters of the Iranian opposition MEK held their weekly rally in Oslo, the capital of Norway, where they denounced the heinous murder of Mahsa Amini by the mullahs’ regime and vowed to keep up their support for this ongoing struggle.

They called for the Norwegian government to boycott the terrorist regime in Tehran and denounced the mullahs’ ongoing support for international terrorism with the chant, “Down with the terrorist regime in Iran!”

Iranians in Norway continued their protest by denouncing the 1988 massacre of more than 30,000 political prisoners and supporting the MEK’s network of “Resistance Units” in Iran. They also expressed their unwavering support for NCRI President-elect Maryam Rajavi and Iranian Resistance Leader Massoud Rajavi while denouncing the West’s appeasement of the mullahs’ regime.
