Iran’s State Media Show How the Regime Fears the MEK and the Resistance Movement

The state-run Resalat, being misinformed, suggested that many of the [PMOI / MEK Iran] ‘Resistance’ and ‘Protest’ units, who were noticeably present at the protests, were adding fuel to the discontent.
Recently, many of the state-run media’s publications are showing how they fear the key role played by the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI / MEK Iran) and its Resistance Units throughout last November’s uprising.

Last Tuesday the state-run Resalat publication said that the November 2019 protests represent a significant milestone since the 1979 Islamic revolution.
What was pointed out by the publication was the fact that 2019 saw several changes, such as external pressures from outside, border insecurities, Persian Gulf conflicts, and the rise in the currency rate. All of these together resulted in formidable challenges for the Iranian people.
Rising gasoline prices irritated the many citizens who have had to deal with a fall in living standards. This led, according to the Resalat, to a rise in discontent which initiated protests not seen for a long time. The Resalat, being misinformed, suggested that many of the [MEK] ‘Resistance’ and ‘Protest’ units, who were noticeably present at the protests, were adding fuel to the discontent.
For many years, the people of Iran have despised the mullahs that rule their country. They have watched the regime suppress their rights and plunder their nation’s wealth. https://t.co/gf85AU09Qb #Iran #MEK #IRGCTerrorWithoutBorders #Iranian #coronavirus @USAdarFarsi pic.twitter.com/kgVCkzR3uX

Of course, the whole aim of the MEK resistance movement is to get rid of the oppressive forces governing the country but the Resalat doesn’t see it quite like that. They see it as the destruction of the highest level where towns were damaged. They even mention that those in the MEK resistance movement were just trouble makers and what they did completely disabled the cornerstones of law and order in the country, including security, intelligence, and law enforcement.
Resalat told the regime that it should be oppressing these troublemakers and broadcast to the people that what the resistance movement is doing is not in the interests of Iran.

It is not only the popular uprising that is of concern to the regime but also the exposure by the (PMOI / MEK Iran) and NCRI of the nuclear activities that the regime is engaged with which took place earlier this month.
The state-run daily Mardom Salari daily recently stated that while Zarif’s trip to Moscow and meeting with Lavrov and Lavrov’s contacts with Berlin, Paris, and London had prepared the ground for a heavy line-up against the U.S., the (PMOI / MEK Iran) and NCRI published allegations against the regime.
The National Council of Resistance of Iran’s (NCRI) has suggested that it had received up-to-date information that the regime had constructed a new center so it could continue developing nuclear weapons. Those responsible for this include the Organization of Defensive Innovation and Research (Sazman-e Pazhouheshhaye Novin-e Defa’i), known by its acronym SPND, which is within the Ministry of Defense. The IRGC fully controls the Ministry of Defense.

Location of the nuclear weapons development site
It can be found just north of the Khojir site, which is the biggest facility responsible for the manufacturing of ballistic missiles for the Hemmat Missile Industry & the Bakeri Missile Industry in Iran.
The NCRI said that aside from the JCOPA the Ministry of Defense and the IRGC have kept up with their intention and facilities to build nuclear weapons.
The regime’s media outlets are totally preoccupied with the mullahs’ unstoppable fear of the Iranian Resistance movement. The regime’s fear grows daily and it knows that since the 2019 uprising that more protests are inevitable.

NCRI Reveal New Intelligence
Iranian Resistance leader Maryam Rajavi said that the new site proves that the JCPOA didn’t stop Tehran from gaining nuclear weapons, which is the cornerstone of its survival strategy.
Ali-Akbar Salehi, head of the Iranian Nuclear Energy Organization, explained on January 22, 2019, how the regime had covered up their violations of the JCPOA.
