The regime’s official death toll is 132,075, which is around a fourth of the true total.

116,335 people died in Tehran, 40,120 in Razavi Khorasan, 34,520 in Isfahan, 30,065 in Khuzestan, 18,855 in Fars, 17,218 in East Azerbaijan, 13,740 in Sistan & Baluchistan, 8248 in Yazd, 8227 in Kurdistan, 4790 in Zanjan, and 4758 in Ilam, according to the coronavirus death toll. In addition, reports from other provinces have been acquired.
