The Italian Senate and Parliament

Statement of 61 members of the Italian Senate and Parliament on the verge of the Free Iran World Gathering.
Iran’s statement: For more than 40 years, the world has been struggling with the challenge of how to deal with the current rulers of Iran. The Iranian people expected freedom and democracy after the fall of the royal dictatorship. But the new regime betrayed the Iranian people and their hopes for democracy and human rights.
The lack of a coherent policy has been proven to have reversed the illusion of the emergence of a flank and as a result of the inaction of the international community.
Accordingly, we ask (our government) to consider our concerns and suggestions for the right policy towards Iran.
Giulio Terzi

(NCRI) and (PMOI / MEK Iran): Hon. Giulio Terzi, the former Foreign Minister of Italy.

Human rights violations in Iran

We express our deep concern about the continuing human rights violations in Iran. As 7 UN human rights reporters said, due to the failure of the UN and the world community to address the massacre of political prisoners in Iran in 1988, the clerics’ regime has become worse and the human rights situation.
We express our deep concern about the destructive activities of the Iranian regime in the region through its hand-made terrorist groups. The time has come to be clear for the (government) of Tehran, such behavior will not be tolerated anymore.
Amnesty International

(PMOI / MEK Iran): U.N. Urged to Investigate 1988 Massacre of Political Prisoners in Iran.

Iran’s atomic weapons program

We declare our strong concern about Iran’s atomic weapons program (regime). For more than two decades, the Iranian regime’s response to the international community has been deceptive. Not one site was announced by the regime before it was exposed by opposition or other sources (regime). Iran has used JCPOA to expand its destructive activities more.
Alejo Vidal Quadras - New IAEA Report

(NCRI) and (PMOI / MEK Iran): have said over and over that Iran has many resources and has no need for nuclear power. The Mullah’s regime goal is to have nuclear bombs.

Terrorism against its opponents in Europe

We are worried about the Iranian regime’s use of terrorism against its opponents in Europe and the lack of an appropriate response from European countries. The conviction of an Iranian diplomat (regime) and his 3 accomplices in Belgium in February 2021 for attempting to bomb in the opposition gathering of the National Resistance Council of Iran in the outskirts of Paris showed that the regime’s foreign ministry is as involved in terrorism as much as the Ministry It is.

We believe that our lack of politics is a disregard for the objective conditions in Iran and the demands of the Iranian people. Over the past few years in the ecumenical demonstrations, the Iranian people clearly and loudly denied the assumptions of the hard-faced heads and expressed their desire to change the regime, which is the duty of the people and their resistance.

(NCRI) and (PMOI / MEK Iran): Andrea Gavazza, Italian Mayor.

The ten-point plan for future Iran of Ms. Maryam Rajavi

We believe that the ten-point plan for future Iran of Ms. Maryam Rajavi, the elected president of the National Resistance Council, and her call for the deployment of a real republic based on free and fair elections, separation of religion and government, sexual equality, prohibition of discrimination against religious and ethnic minorities and one Iran. Non-atomic deserves support.
We call on (our government) to adopt a decisive policy against the Iranian regime and to take the regime for suppressing the Iranian people, using terrorism in Europe, destructive policies in the region, and hostage-taking of dull citizens.
We also call for severe sanctions as long as the Iranian regime continues to behave viciously.
We call on (our government) to stand by the Iranian people and their demand for human rights, freedom, and democracy.

(NCRI) and (PMOI / MEK Iran): Mrs. Rajavi has devised a 10-point-Plan for Iran’s future.
