Slogans targeted upcoming sham elections
Their slogans targeted the regime’s upcoming sham presidential elections in June. Their slogans read, “No to the mullahs’ rule, no to religious tyranny, no to repression, no to looting, and yes to freedom and a democratic republic,” “Our vote is regime change, yes to a democratic republic,” and “Democracy and freedom with Maryam Rajavi.”
During the past few weeks, Iranian people have declared their lack of interest in voting through weekly protests. And cast their early vote on the mullah regime’s upcoming presidential elections with the slogans: “We will not vote, we’ve heard too many lies,” and Every worker must boycott the elections.”

Anti-regime activities involved huge risks
The Resistance Units have not been deterred in their mission to keep the flame of resistance alive, despite the huge risks involved with carrying out anti-regime activities.
Resistance Units in the last two and half years have played a major role in organizing and leading the five nationwide protests in Iran, including the November 2019 uprising that spread to more than 190 cities. Many regime officials have acknowledged the role of MEK Resistance Units.
