The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), and the People’s Mujahedin of Iran (PMOI / MEK Iran), reported that the coronavirus death toll in 541 cities surpasses 272,000.
COVID-19 fatalities across the country
The number of victims in Tehran has reached 62,421, Isfahan 17,810, Khorasan Razavi 17,015, Khuzestan 16,584, Mazandaran 11,355, Lorestan 11,348, East Azerbaijan 11,133, West Azerbaijan 10,178, Gilan 9,481,Qom 9,225, Fars 8,372, Alborz 7,108, Golestan 6,835, Sistan and Baluchestan 6,211, Hamedan 6,148, Kerman 6,119, Central Province 5,688, Kermanshah 5,454, North Khorasan 4,053, Hormozgan 3,155, Qazvin 3,154, Zanjan 2,995, and Ilam 2,796.

Isfahan University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: 2,298 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized in the Province, 375 of whom are in ICU. Thirty-two Covid-19 patients have died in the past 24 hours. (Mehr news agency, April 30, 2021)
West Azerbaijan University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: While daily COVID-19 hospitalizations were often in double digits during the past winter, they have been in the three digits since mid-March. (IRNA news agency, April 30, 2021)
Alborz Medical Sciences University spokesperson said: “In the past 24 hours we have lost 26 patients to coronavirus and we currently have 1052 such patients hospitalized,”. (ISNA news agency, April 30, 2021)
