The Coronavirus death toll
The number of victims in Tehran has reached 62,071, Isfahan 17,710, Khorasan Razavi 16,965, Khuzestan 16,484, Mazandaran 11,310, Lorestan 11,298, East Azerbaijan 11,088, West Azerbaijan 10,138, Gilan 9,444, Fars 8,302, Alborz 7,053, Sistan and Baluchestan 6,176, Hamedan 6,113 Kerman 6,089, Central Province 5,658, Kermanshah 5,424, Semnan 4,780, Yazd 4,732, Kurdistan 4,697, North Khorasan 4,028, Ardabil 3,422, Qazvin 3,129, Bushehr 2,814, South Khorasan 2,641, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 2,210, and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad 2,114.
The regime’s criminal policies
To cover up the regime’s criminal policies on COVID-19 vaccines, Hassan Rouhani said today, ”Given doubts expressed by experts about the full effectiveness of vaccines, the only effective solution to deal with the outbreak is to follow the protocols and avoid unnecessary gatherings.”
The National Coronavirus Combat Taskforce (NCCT) in Tehran Alireza Zali said: A new COVID-19 record was set in Tehran. We had 1,820 new hospitalizations in the past 24 hours, while only 1,230 people were discharged. (ISNA news agency, April 29, 2021).
The head of Dashtestan Health Network said: The Ganji Hospital is full. 90% of services are provided to COVID-19 patients, and other patients are at risk. (ISNA, April 29, 2021).
Medical Sciences Universities
Semnan University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: The number of hospitalized patients in hospitals covered by the university has increased seven-fold in the past 40 days. (IRNA news agency, April 29, 2021).
Shiraz University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: 2,290 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, 322 are in ICU, and 24 have died in the past 24 hours. (ISNA, April 29, 2021).
Alborz University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: “Twenty-eight Covid-19 patients have died in Alborz province in the past 24 hours. There are 121 critical patients and 1,046 total hospitalized Covid-19 patients.” (ISNA, April 29, 2021).
Hamedan University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: “With 18 more deaths in the past 24 hours, the total number of deaths since the beginning of the outbreak has reached 1,921.” (IRNA news agency, April 29, 2021).

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI): The astounding rise in the coronavirus death toll and the upward trend of the crisis in many provinces in Iran are due to the clerical regime’s inhuman policies. The only thing the mullahs are concerned about is to preserve their disgraceful rule.
