The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), and the People’s Mujahedin of Iran (PMOI / MEK Iran), reported that the coronavirus death toll in 541 cities surpasses 265,200.
The number of victims throughout the country
The number of victims in Tehran has reached 60,701, Isfahan 17,310, Khorasan Razavi 16,745, Khuzestan 16,094, Mazandaran 11,155, Lorestan 11,118,East Azerbaijan 10,888, West Azerbaijan 9,958, Gilan 9,271, Fars 8,017, Alborz 6,828, Sistan and Baluchestan 6,031, Hamedan 5,978, Kerman 5,964, Central Province 5,538, Kermanshah 5,324, Yazd 4,667, Kurdistan 4,627, Ardabil 3,327, Qazvin 3,059, Bushehr 2,729, South Khorasan 2,586, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 2,165, and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad 2,074.

Universities experts
Isfahan University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: 1,680 COVID-19 patients were identified in one day, 430 were hospitalized, and 39 died. Only 275 patients were discharged. (Mehr, April 25, 2021)
Kermanshah Medical Sciences University spokesperson said: 14 Covid-19 deaths in the past 24 hours, which is unprecedented in the past few months and is a record. The university confirmed 815 hospitalized cases and 142 patients in ICU (ISNA, April 25, 2021)
Qazvin Medical Sciences university spokesperson said: in the past 24 hours, 556 new coronavirus cases were identified, and 123 new patients were hospitalized. The hospital confirmed nine Covid deaths.
