MEK IRAN: IRANIANS CONTINUE PROTESTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY

(PMOI / MEK Iran) and (NCRI): Iranians Continue Protests; at Least 19 Rallies and Strikes from April 19 to 22.

 

The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), and the People’s Mujahedin of Iran (PMOI / MEK Iran), reported that people from all walks of life rallies and protests in various cities in Iran.

Protesters showed their anger over the high-ranking officials and highlighted their contradictory claims about justice and equality. From April 19 to 22, people rallies and protests in various cities in Iran.

Takht-e Jamshid Petrochemical

MEK supporters from Khuzestan province—on Thursday, April 22, reported that a group of contract workers and employees affiliated with the Takht-e Jamshid Petrochemical Complex in the South Pars Project held a rally at this facility.

Tabriz

MEK supporters from the city of Tabriz—on Wednesday, April 21, reported that the pharmacist students in Tabriz, the province’s capital, held a rally in front of the office of the medical sciences university’s Deputy of Food and Drug.

Tehran

MEK supporters from the city of Tehran—on Wednesday, April 21, reported that following the shutdown of some malls, including Alaeddin Mall at Jomhouri [Republic] Street, merchants flooded onto the streets, protested their anger over the government’s oppressive measures.

Ahvaz

MEK supporters from the city of Ahvaz—on Wednesday, April 21, reported that the workers and staff affiliated with the rural sector of Ahvaz’s Water and Sewage Organization held a rally in front of the organization.

MEK supporters from the city of Ilam—on Tuesday, April 20, reported that the fired workers of Ilam’s Petrochemical plant staged a rally in front of the Provincial Governorate.

MEK supporters from the city of Isfahan—on Tuesday, April 20, reported that the farmers from the eastern parts of Isfahan parked their tractors beside the main road, as a sign of protest.
