The number of victims in Tehran has reached 57,421, Isfahan 16,385, Khorasan Razavi 16,130, Khuzestan 15,089, Mazandaran 10,670, Lorestan 10,598, East Azerbaijan 10,213, West Azerbaijan 9,433, Gilan 8,787, Fars 7,339, Golestan 6,450, Alborz 6,283, Sistan and Baluchestan 5,721, Kerman 5,555, Kermanshah 5,009, Kurdistan 4,332, North Khorasan 3,783, Ardabil 3,127, Zanjan 2,735, Ilam 2,576, South Khorasan 2,456, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 2,035, and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad 1,954.
The unprecedented development in three months
The Health Ministry spokesperson put the number of new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours at 24,760. The number of patients admitted to the ICU at 4,481, the highest figure in three months. (IRNA news agency, April 12, 2021)

Even though we are opening new wards for COVID-19 patients regularly, the new wards will be full 15-16 hours later. (State TV, April 13, 2021)
Khuzestan’s Governor spokesperson said: So far, we have had more than 5,000 definite Coronavirus deaths and 1,700 possible Coronavirus deaths. In the past 24 hours, 42 people have died because of COVID-19. (ISNA news agency, April 13, 2021)
Tabriz University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: We have 1,250 COVID-19 patients hospitalized in the Province, 250 of whom are in ICU and can only breathe using ventilators. (IRNA, April 13, 2021)
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) said Khamenei’s ban on the purchase of COVID-19 vaccines is a crime against humanity. He is responsible for the deaths of thousands of our oppressed and deprived compatriots due to the Coronavirus.
The international community should strongly condemn this crime and must compel the mullahs’ regime to lift the ban on the import of vaccines to the country.
