Iran Nuclear Deal

(PMOI / MEK Iran) and (NCRI): The Iran Regime took the final step away from the JCPOA; it will remove limits on centrifuges, uranium enrichment, and nuclear research and development.

The Iran nuclear threat is a very real one, but one that is the subject to many debates nonetheless. James Woolsey, former director of the CIA, played with the idea last week that Iran could already be nuclear-armed. We do not know if this is true, but the nuclear threat still remains a very crucial and urgent issue either way.

The Iranian regime has been using nuclear threats and extortion

The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), and the People’s Mujahedin of Iran (PMOI / MEK Iran), reported that the Iranian regime has been using nuclear threats and extortion in order to get the international community to bend to its will.

Only a few months ago, the regime’s Intelligence Minister Mahmoud Alavi said that Iran is going to move towards building nuclear weapons if the United States did not lift sanctions. He said that the country’s nuclear program is used for peaceful purposes, but this could change if Iran was forced “in that direction”.

This threat was extremely bold but very little attention was paid to it. Instead of there being a huge international backlash, there was very little said. The media failed to draw attention to the matter too. And it must be pointed out that no Iranian official has denounced the threat or even tried to downplay it.

The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), and the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI / MEK Iran) reported that Iran had started to enrich uranium to 20% at its Fordow nuclear site before the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) last Monday illegally hijacked a South Korean ship in the Persian Gulf.

The Iranian regime has used blackmail and bullying

The Iranian regime has used blackmail, extortion, threats, and bullying to get its own way for decades. And the lack of response by the international community has allowed the regime to become more brazen and bold in its belligerence.

The regime has taken hostages from all over the world, it has executed countless political opponents, it has hijacked tankers and vessels, it has bombed US barracks abroad, it has blown buildings up, and many more incidents besides. Yet it is still not being held to account for its actions.

The regime also has lobbies all over the world that change the narrative and portray the regime in a false light. Public opinion has been manipulated on so many occasions and the West is failing to investigate the extent to which this manipulation exists.

(NCRI) and (PMOI / MEK Iran): The Iranian regime has always attempted to conceal its nuclear program until now.

The Iranian regime has no legitimacy

The Iranian regime has no legitimacy and that is why it is cracking down hard on the people of Iran. It is trying hard to gain control over the population and to dissuade them from taking to the streets and participating in anti-regime demonstrations.

However, the regime’s actions are making the people even more determined to be heard. They are being heard by the regime, but they are not yet being heard by the international community.

(NCRI) will run an international rally which promotes support for a regime change

(NCRI) and (PMOI / MEK Iran): The MEK has kept the media informed especially in relation to Iran’s nuclear capacity.

The regime wants the international community to bend to its will

The regime wants the international community to bend to its will and that is why it is making bold statements and threats. However, although these actions may make it look like the regime is coming from a place of strength, the opposite is true.

The regime is weaker than it has ever been and that makes it more dangerous than ever before.

It is in the interests of the international community to deal with the Iran threat decisively and urgently. The first step that needs to be taken is for the regime to be held accountable for its current and past actions.
