CORONA

When Covid-19 was originally discovered in China, all flights to and from China were canceled. Meanwhile, Mahan Air, an airline linked to Khamenei’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC), did not prevent a large number of Chinese tourists from entering Iran.

Iran’s Covid-19 death toll topped half a million on January 25. Looking at some of the data and figures, it appears that the Covid-19 disaster may have been avoided. Despite this, the regime’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei viewed the lethal pandemic as “an opportunity” and part of a larger strategy of mass human casualties to quell the mounting wave of unrest that threaten his tenuous hold on power.

The lethal virus became a de facto ally of the ayatollahs

Recognizing the Coronavirus’s explosive potential, Khamenei took full advantage of it. The lethal virus became a de facto ally of the ayatollahs. Many Iranian doctors urged against the flights, but Khamenei disregarded their advice. Victims infected with Covid-19 were hospitalized in Iran as early as January 2020, according to documents seized by the Iranian Resistance from within Iran’s National Emergency Organization. Some of the patients had returned from China. Despite this, regime officials continued to deny the virus’s existence in Iran.

Covid-19 was finally discovered in Iran, and the regime was forced to disclose its existence. Khamenei, on the other hand, revealed his real colors by referring to the lethal illness as a “test” and a “blessing.” In a televised message on March 3, 2020, he said: “In our point of view, this tragedy [coronavirus outbreak] is not too big. There are and have been greater tragedies. And we have been through greater tragedies in this country.

On January 9, 2021, Khamenei personally, openly, and publicly barred the import of credible Covid-19 vaccines from the United States and the United Kingdom as part of his barbaric coronavirus policy. “Covid-19 vaccinations from the United States and the United Kingdom are prohibited from entering the country.” “I’ve notified our officials about it, and now I’m telling you about it publicly,” he said.

In an August 2021 TV interview, Alireza Zali, the chairman of Tehran’s Covid-19 Task Force, said that regime officials “hid” the truth from World Health Organization (WHO) representatives.”Instead of engaging with WHO specialists when they arrived in Iran, we continuously encouraged them to praise the Iranian health system in the media,” he claimed.

Alireza Zali: ” I spoke with the Japanese ambassador, who stated that the Iranian ambassador had made no inquiries concerning vaccines.” He complained, “What kind of diplomacy is this?”

The regime refused to offer any help and forced laborers to go to work

According to the Iranian opposition party, the People’s Mojahedin of Iran (PMOI / MEK Iran), as of Monday afternoon, local time, over 500,000 people had perished as a result of the new coronavirus in 547 cities across Iran’s 31 provinces. The official death toll for the rule is 132,251, which is only around a quarter of the genuine figure. Because of the huge Covid-19 death toll, millions of Iranians are mourning the loss of their loved ones on a daily basis. The regime’s pillage and criminal practices for preserving its shameful control have resulted in a significant number of Covid-19 fatalities in Iran.

The regime emphasizes regional terrorism and the pursuit of nuclear weapons over the welfare and economic well-being of the Iranian people, and it also prioritizes its own security over the health of the Iranian people. Khamenei’s intentions to use the coronavirus to create a killing field in Iran include banning immunizations, refusing to offer financial support to people forced to labor in risky conditions, and refusing to pay medical staff’s salary, among many other failures. The only way to prevent such humanitarian disasters is to depose the theocracy and replace it with a democratic, secular republic that puts the wellbeing of its people first.

The Iranian regime’s Deputy Health Minister Ghasem Janbabaei acknowledged in an interview with state TV that over 12,000 people have been hospitalized after being diagnosed with the coronavirus and this is only 20 percent of the individuals who have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, the regime’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei dismisses Coronavirus as “not that big a deal”, even calls it a “blessing”.
