The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), and the People’s Mujahedin of Iran (PMOI / MEK Iran), reported that the coronavirus death toll in 542 cities surpasses 294,800.
The number of victims across Iran
The number of victims in Tehran has reached 68,756, Isfahan 19,580, Khuzestan 18,324, Khorasan Razavi 17,995, East Azerbaijan 12,073, Lorestan 11,930, Mazandaran 11,925, West Azerbaijan 11,028 Fars 9,692,, Alborz 8,188, Golestan 7,170, Kerman 6,603, Kermanshah 5,818, Kurdistan 5,072, Khorasan North 4,288, Hormozgan 3,480, and South Khorasan 2,761.

Isfahan University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: We are concerned about the new COVID-19 outbreak. It is estimated that in the next six months, we will have two more outbreaks in Isfahan. (Tasnim news agency, May 21, 2021)

Yazd University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: “Currently we have 328 coronavirus patients hospitalized across Yazd province, of which 90 are in ICUs,”. (IRIB news agency, May 21, 2021)
