MEK Iran: The Staggering Number of Coronavirus Death Toll in 541 Cities Surpasses 281,800

 

The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), and the People’s Mujahedin of Iran (PMOI / MEK Iran), reported that the coronavirus death toll in 541 cities surpasses 281,800.

The number of victims across Iran

The number of victims in Tehran has reached 65,151, Isfahan 18,535, Khorasan Razavi 17,405, Khuzestan 17,324, Mazandaran 11,610, East Azerbaijan 11,518, West Azerbaijan 10,478, Qom 9,365, Fars 8,922, Alborz 7,518, Golestan 6,990, Kerman 6,333, Central Province 5,878, Kurdistan 4,872, North Khorasan 4,158, Ardabil 3,592, Hormozgan 3,290, Zanjan 3,110, Ilam 3,001, and South Khorasan 2,661.

 

 

Rouhani minimize the danger

Hossein-Ali Shahriari, Chairman of the mullahs regime’s parliamentary Health Commission said: “The National Coronavirus Combat Taskforce (NCCT) does not pay attention to the recommendations. They did not restrict travel before Eid (Persian new year, March 20, 2021). On March 27, Rouhani said that the Coronavirus outbreak peak was over, but on April 14, he said that we were caught in the fourth outbreak.” (Tasnim news agency, May 8, 2021)

 

 

Universities experts

Ardabil University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: Currently, Ardabil Province is experiencing deadly days of the Coronavirus. (Mehr news agency, May 8, 2021)

Arak University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: During the fourth COVID-19 tsunami that may not be repeated in history, Central and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces had the highest number of hospitalizations in the entire country. (ISNA news agency, May 8, 2021)

North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences spokesperson said: 84% of yesterday’s COVID-19 tests were positive. (State TV and Radio news agency)

 

 

Rouhani lies continued

Mullah regime President Hassan Rouhani said: “The situation is quite normal in Iran by claiming the fourth peak is coming to an end. He went on to say the peak of the fourth wave is over, but the country still remains in the fourth wave, adding it may take another few weeks for this wave to come to an end.”

“Right now, we need to import foreign vaccines. Some are saying if we wait a bit the domestic vaccine will be available. This is not precise. Whichever one becomes available first, there should be no delays… The government has a duty to purchase and import this vaccine.”
